Yes. Our POWER Trainers are all trained professional PT’s that specialize in different areas of fitness and nutrition to help you achieve your goals. For more information on organising a personal training session please contact your preferred club here or speak to a member of staff.
All our amazing classes are available to book through the POWER Gym App or here on the website. The app is easy to download on the App Store for iOS and Google Play Store.
Yes. All guests must book their classes in advance through the app. Class timetables are available seven days in advance.
In order to ensure full classes with great atmosphere we operate a late cancellation penalty, classes cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will result in the member being fined €5.
Day passes give you access to the gym floor and thermal suite, while class passes are for the class itself.
Members get full access to everything, and guests can make the most of the gym and thermal suite too, with subsidised class passes available when they fancy joining in.
Unfortunately, there is no direct car park for POWER guests, however, there are many car parks located close to each gym at a small fee.
Yes. If you would like to bring a friend or family member who is not a POWER Gym member simply speak to one of our trainers who will book it in for you.
Yes. We have state-of-the-art changing facilities equipped with private showers, premium hair dryers, hair straighteners and toiletries and digital-lock lockers to keep all your belongings safe.
Yes. You can organise gym access and/or book a class through the reception.

All POWER locations have a hydrotherapy pool and cedar sauna – our Cork, Mayson, and Galway locations also have a steam room.
Yes, the gym floor is but unfortunately, the pool isn’t.
Please note that the gym floor in The Dean Dublin Centre is not accessible.
